What are SRT Sessions?

Spiritual Response Technique (SRT) is a gentle, intuitive healing modality that works with your subconscious mind and soul records. Together, we clear outdated programming, patterns, and beliefs that no longer serve you.

In a 1:1 session, we explore the areas where you feel stuck, weighed down, or out of alignment—such as repeating relationship patterns, money blocks, self-worth issues, emotional heaviness, or spiritual disconnection. We identify the limiting beliefs underneath those experiences and lovingly release them, replacing them with supportive, life-affirming truths.

This is not about "fixing" you—you are not broken. It’s about clearing the path so your natural clarity, intuition, and joy can come forward. Many people describe feeling lighter, clearer, and more like themselves again after a session.

Before our session, take a few moments to reflect on the areas you’d most like to focus on (e.g., “anxiety in relationships,” “money blocks,” “self-trust,” “creative flow”).

Jot down a short list of themes or challenges. This helps set your intention. Alternatively, you can simply allow the session to take us where the clearing is most needed. All of you is welcome here. 💗
